About us
The limited liability company RIVERICH s.r.o. was established in 2005 for the purpose of lease of commercial properties and provision of extended lease-related services.
The company follows the tradition of long-term activity of the owners of the premises, who have operated retail chains connected with toy and chemist wholesale.
This has resulted in partial occupation of the premises with companies active in these business areas. We are member of the Union of Warehousing and Logistics (SSL).
The HUMPOLEC-BRUNKA premises are situated in the place of a former textile factory reconstructed to become a modern warehousing and industrial manufacturing
facility. The principal investment into construction was made in 2006-9 and final landscaping works are in progress now. Thanks to the complex offer Brunka is predisposed to become
one of the most demanded premises of its kind in the Czech Republic.
The premises also include a representative office building and an accommodation facility.
